Eat, Visit, Stay: Tampa
Don’t get me wrong, I love living in Germany. I missed having seasons and I’m not a huge fan of humidity so I was okay with my time in Florida coming to a close. But I do miss the Tampa vibe from time to time. So, I wanted to share a few of my favorite things to do around the Tampa area :) Also, since I basically lived in a vacation destination for 2 1/2 years, there will probably be more of these. Anyway, here is my “Eat, Visit, Stay” for Tampa!
Eat
When it comes to food, Tampa is a big enough city for there to be something for everyone. There’s a lot of one-of-a-kind hipster/fusion food that I loved, as well as classics

While I think my favorite beach in the Tampa area is still Fort De Soto, Indian Rocks Beach is a really close second. It’s on the main stretch of beaches, in between Clearwater and Madeira. For some reason though, it’s usually a lot less busy than those two. It’s less touristy but it does have free parking, which is a huge plus for me.
